Are you passionate about cosplay, fantasy, science fiction, fairytales, cryptids and the art of creative expression? We'd love to feature your work in Cosplay Chronicles Magazine!

Guidelines for Submissions:

Showcase your remarkable cosplay creations! Submit high-quality images and a brief description of your cosplay character. We celebrate the craftsmanship and artistry that goes into each costume. Include Instagram handle for each member you would like to credit in the photos.

  • Model/ Creative team:  If submitted by anyone other than the photographer you must have photographer permission. Photographer: must own copyright of images and have model release
  • Featured Models: Along with the photo submission tell us your story! Share your cosplay journey and your passion for becoming your favorite characters. 
  •  Artistic Expressions: To Contribute your original artwork, poetry, or short stories one must be owner of work. 
  • Tutorials: Teach others your techniques! Provide step-by-step tutorials on prop-making, makeup, or any aspect of cosplay creation. Please include Images along with a detailed description. 

 

*Image requirements:
2-10 images
JPG format

Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)
Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)
Instagram handles and Title for your submission. Bio is also encouraged but not required. 


Submission Process:

Step 1: Review our detailed Submission Guidelines to ensure your submission meets our criteria.

Step 2: Prepare your submission according to the specific guidelines for each category.

Step 3: Submit on Kavyar (exclusively accepting submissions via Kavyar). Be sure to provide all necessary details and attachments.

Step 4: Our editorial team will review your submission. Please allow for a reasonable processing time.

Step 5: If your submission is selected for publication, we will notify you and coordinate further details.
